Your virtual experience checklist

You will need to download ‘Zoom Client for Meetings’ and create an account with Zoom in order to join the class via the ‘Virtual Experience’ button above!

You’ll also need access to high-speed internet (wired Ethernet connection is strongly recommended) and a dedicated, quiet workspace where you feel comfortable focusing, preferably in a private room.

We know it can be hard to focus while learning online. Given the number of real-life and online distractions that may keep you from your work, we’ve designed course activities that keep you engaged with your fellow classmates, instructors, and instructional associates.
Sessions are broken up into micro-lectures, which introduce content in short spurts. You may get the opportunity to break out into groups and apply what you’ve learned, encouraging attendees to apply the lessons while building a sense of community.

Q: Is there a default time zone for your online classes, workshops, and events?
All of our livestreams are labeled according to Pacific time (PT).
Q: WILL I NEED TO BE ON CAMERA OR AUDIO FOR CLASS?
Attendee Video is turned ON and Audio is muted at the beginning of each class. Depending on the course, attendees may be given the opportunity to join in discussion LIVE but this is not required. Attendees can turn off their ‘Mute’ at any time with questions or comments.
Q: WILL THE CLASS BE RECORDED?
You bet! Each attendee will receive a video recording within 1-2 days of class.
